Bank of the Islands is proud to support The International Osprey Foundation (TIOF) as a Gold Sponsor for its annual Wines for Wings fundraising event. The Bank recently made a $650 donation which will help fund TIOF’s mission to restore local osprey habitat and global osprey research.
This year’s Wines for Wings will take place on Sunday, March 16 from 4-6pm at the Sanibel Community House at 2173 Periwinkle Way. Tickets are $35 in advance and $50 at the door. Guests will enjoy select wines, light fare, and a silent auction.
“Osprey nesting platforms are such heartwarming landmarks for islanders and visitors alike,” said Bank of the Islands President Robbie Roepstorff. “Helping to fund TIOF’s post-hurricane restoration of these important nesting sites is such an honor, and we hope others will join us in supporting their work.”
