The Heights Foundation is in full Back-To-School mode for students in Lee County’s Harlem Heights neighborhood, and Edison National Bank/Bank of the Islands is returning to support this longstanding non-profit’s mission-driven work.

Specifically, the Bank is once again serving as the Back-To-School Supplies Sponsor for the Foundation’s community outreach event. It is being held on Saturday, July 26 at the Heights Center at 15570 Hagie Drive in Fort Myers.

“Since its founding in 2000, The Heights Foundation has provided invaluable resources for our Harlem Heights neighbors,” said Bank President Robbie Roepstorff. “This latest sponsorship opportunity affords us the ability help 800 children as they prepare for a new school year. It’s a very exciting time and we wish them all the best of luck as they return to classroom learning.”

The Heights Foundation works to build strong, self-sufficient families in the Harlem Heights neighborhood. Their mission supports education and wellness, promotes family and community development, and provides the benefits of enrichment and the arts.
