Captiva Civic Association (CCA), the organization dedicated to preserving the quality of life, ambiance, and environmental integrity of Captiva Island, is thrilled to announce that it participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for RC Otters, a restaurant, owned by Sandy Stilwell, on July 27 2023.
CCA is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1938 and has been serving the Captiva community ever since. CCA‘s mission is to protect & enhance the natural beauty and character of Captiva Island through advocacy, education, and social activities.
