CHR Community Housing and Resources held its annual meeting this past week, reflecting on 45 years of dedicated service in providing affordable housing for the older residents and the workforce of Sanibel Island.
Nicole Decker-McHale, Executive Director of CHR, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all those who have supported the organization throughout its journey. “Our mission to provide affordable housing is not possible without the contributions of our community partners, dedicated staff, and volunteers,” she stated. “Together, we have made a significant impact on the lives of many residents who call Sanibel home.”
A special acknowledgment was given to Bank of the Islands for sponsoring the annual report, highlighting their commitment to supporting local initiatives that uplift and empower the community.
