Community Housing and Resources (CHR) extends its deepest gratitude to The Sanctuary Golf Club Foundation for their exceptionally generous gift of $150,000. This vital funding is being used to refurbish three CHR apartments, directly supporting affordable housing for the island’s workforce and older residents.
“Without the generous help of our island partners like The Sanctuary Golf Club Foundation, there would be far fewer affordable housing options on Sanibel and Captiva for those who need it most,” said Nicole Decker-McHale, Executive Director of CHR. “We are incredibly grateful for their commitment to our mission and for helping us ensure that our community remains vibrant and inclusive.”
The Sanctuary Golf Club Foundation’s support enables CHR to continue providing safe, quality homes for working families and older residents, strengthening the fabric of the Sanibel and Captiva communities.
