Starting a fitness routine can feel overwhelming, but we make it easy, fun, and welcoming. Our beginner-friendly classes include:

  • Dance Exercise Classes – Lively, music-filled workouts that improves coordination and cardiovascular health. Zumba, Jazz and LaBlast available.
  • Chair Yoga – A gentle, seated workout designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
  • Water Aerobics – A low-impact, joint-friendly workout that builds endurance and strength in a fun, refreshing way.

Weight Room 101 – Free for All Members!

Not sure how to use the gym equipment? Our certified personal trainers offer Weight Room 101, a FREE orientation held twice a month to help members feel comfortable and confident in the weight room. Sign up at the Front Desk.
