Girl Scout Cookie season has officially arrived on Sanibel, and thanks to the Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida’s Cookie Business Partner Program, island residents and visitors can now purchase their favorite cookies while supporting local Girl Scouts.

A Little Adventure and Bubbly Latitude are proud to partner with the Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida to support Girl Scout Troop 729, offering Girl Scout Cookies for sale inside their Sanibel stores. Through this program, local businesses team up with Girl Scouts to help girls gain real-world business experience while keeping cookie sales accessible within the community, and available all day during regular business hours.

The Girl Scout Cookie Program teaches girls essential life and leadership skills, including goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. Proceeds from cookie sales directly support troop activities, community service projects, and leadership opportunities for girls throughout the region.

“We’re thrilled to be able to support our local Girl Scouts right here on island,” said representatives from A Little Adventure. “This partnership allows our community to enjoy a tradition everyone loves while investing in the next generation of confident, capable leaders.”

Bubbly Latitude echoed the sentiment, sharing their excitement to participate in a program that aligns with Sanibel’s strong sense of community and support for local youth initiatives.

Girl Scout Cookie sales began this past weekend and go through early March. Shoppers are encouraged to stop in, stock up on their favorites, and learn more about how cookie sales empower local Girl Scouts.
