The Kiwanis Club expanded their ranks this month as they welcomed Bill LeJeune as their newest member. Bill will join his fellow Kiwanians in serving the needs of local youth through the Club’s Scholarship Program and its grants to other youth recreation and recreation activities.
The local Club was formed in 1973 and is approaching its 50th year of community service. Anyone wishing to join the group is invited to attend one of its weekly breakfast meetings, held Tuesday mornings at the Dunes Golf & Tennis Club. Details are available at www.sanibelkiwanis.org.
