Excitement is building as Week Two of Love Sanibel Back is announced for June 1-7 in the 1000-1100 block of Periwinkle Way and 900 block of East Gulf. There are two feature days including Lighthouse Café Restaurant on Monday June 2 for lunch at noon and Dante’s Italian Kitchen on Thursday, June 5 at 6pm. At these events, Love Sanibel Back swag will be given out, but all are encouraged to support these businesses all week long from June 1-7. The businesses participating in week two are Lighthouse Café, a long time casual place for breakfast and lunch, located at 1030 Periwinkle, Captiva Curio Cottage 1037 Periwinkle where every find has a story, every visit a memory, The Bait Box, the fisherman’s headquarters since 1971 located at 1041 Periwinkle, The Treehouse, a peaceful haven where residents and visitors can gather, heal and reconnect with themselves and others, located at 1101 Periwinkle and the Sanibel Inn, 937 E. Gulf Drive a premier beachfront destination, with a wide array of amenities and activities for every age and interest, and includes Dante’s, a casual family restaurant specializing in wood fire pizza and pasta dishes and Island Time Bar and Grill that serves fun tropical drinks and eats on the gulf.
