Colleen Zurcher-McGauran, MA, LMHC, NCC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Indiana. Having over 35 years in the field of mental health, she is experienced in addressing depression, anxiety, trauma and grief issues. Colleen was also an adjunct professor at Huntington University teaching the Ethics coursework in the graduate counseling program. Working with victims of domestic violence and abusive individuals is an area of expertise for her. Colleen was the past chairperson of the Religious Community Services Spouse Abuse Center Advisory Board and was an active member of the Pinellas County Victim Rights Coalition and Domestic Violence Intervention Task Force of Pinellas County, Florida. Her efforts were recognized via an appearance on the Sally Jesse Raphael show. Her focus on wellness and living life abundantly is a lifelong pursuit in serving others. Currently, Colleen serves as secretary in the Sanibel Captiva Business Women’s Association.
