Get ready to shell-ebrate! Sea turtle season is upon us! On April 14th, come to the Community House for Nest Fest, a family-friendly event hosted in collaboration with the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation (SCCF). Enjoy games, activities, and more as we kick off this important season.
April 15th marks the official beginning of sea turtle nesting season. In support of these incredible creatures, we remind everyone that it’s “lights out by nine” to ensure a safe environment for nesting turtles on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Let’s work together to protect our beloved sea turtles.
