SCCF’s Pine Island Sounds sunset concert series presents Emmy-nominated singer/songwriter Amythyst Khia for a magical, all-inclusive cruise on Mar. 1 aboard the Lady Chadwick. Whether playing banjo or acoustic guitar, Amythyst captures eclectic influences that span decades, finding inspiration in old time music, alternative rock, folk, country, and blues.

Nominated for a 2020 Grammy for Best American Roots Song, “Black Myself,” Amythyst’s provocative and fierce vocals showcase her ability to cross boundaries in a groundbreaking and simply unforgettable way.

Don’t miss the third and final voyage this season of Pine Island Sounds, a special concert series created in partnership with Captiva Cruises. This grand finale, all-inclusive cruise will feature an open bar and an innovative selection of heavy hors d’oeuvres prepared by island favorite  Catering by Leslie Adams.

A limited number of tickets are available on the double-deck Lady Chadwick, which has an air-conditioned bar on the lower level and an open-air deck on the top level. Boarding begins at 4pm, with departure from McCarthy’s Marina at 4:30pm, cruising until the sun sets at 6:30pm. $120 ticket includes drinks and appetizers.

Featuring unique national touring acts of varying genres in a very intimate setting, ticket sales support SCCF’s water quality efforts, which provide solid data and encourage science-based water management practices at the federal, state, regional, and local levels for our beloved waters.
