The Sanibel-Captiva Kiwanis Club is excited to invite golfers to participate in the annual Doc Fords Invitational 2025 “King of the Rock” Golf Tournament. This will take place on Saturday, April 19th, 2025, at The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club, located at 949 Sand Castle Rd, Sanibel Island, FL 33957.
All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the SanCap Kiwanis Scholarship Fund, supporting educational opportunities for local students. The event promises a day of competitive fun, with an entry fee of $150 per golfer, which includes 18 holes of tournament golf, range balls, lunch, and the chance to win prizes and trophies for top finishers.

Sponsorship opportunities are available, ranging from $100 for hole sponsorships to $1,000-$2,500 for corporate sponsorships. Team valuations will be determined on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 6 PM at The Dunes Restaurant, where appetizers will be provided, though drinks are to be paid for by the golfers.
This flighted tournament welcomes golfers of all handicap levels, with flights determined by playing partners’ combined handicaps (maximum 10 stroke differential). The “King of the Rock” awards will be given to flight winners with an active and verified GHIN handicap index.
