The SanCap Kiwanis Club is proud to announce that it volunteered on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at the Children’s Education Center Of The Islands (CECI), a nonprofit preschool serving the children of Sanibel and Captiva. Kiwanis members cleaned, assembled furniture and did an amazing job getting the campus ready for the new year.
They also donated a check for $1500 to support the early childhood program. SanCap Kiwanis is a group of dedicated volunteers who are committed to improving the lives of children and families on Sanibel and Captiva Island.
“We are honored to volunteer at CECI and to contribute to the wonderful mission of providing quality education for the children of Sanibel and Captiva, “said Joel Goodman, the president of San Cap Kiwanis. “We are happy to help them prepare for the upcoming school year. We believe that investing in early childhood education is one of the best ways to make a positive impact on our community. “
