SanCap Kiwanis would like to thank Jeff Muddell and John Henshaw for their moving presentation about their participation in the Tunnel to Towers Foundation climb. Their talk shared powerful stories of remembrance, resilience, and community spirit that deeply touched everyone in attendance.

Jeff and John described their experience climbing in honor of first responders and the heroes of September 11. They spoke about the emotional and physical challenges of the climb, the lasting health impacts on first responders, and the importance of never forgetting the sacrifices made that day. Through their efforts, they have helped raise more than $25,000 over the past two years for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which provides mortgage-free homes to fallen first responders and veterans.

Their presentation reminded us all of the strength that comes from unity and compassion, values that are at the heart of both the Tunnel to Towers mission and the Kiwanis spirit of service.

SanCap Kiwanis is grateful to Jeff and John for sharing their story and inspiring us to continue supporting those who serve others. For more information about becoming a member or getting involved, visit sancapkiwanis.org
