SanCap Kiwanis recently had the pleasure of hosting Chris Lechowicz to speak to us about the incredible work being done to help the native animals on our islands after Hurricane Ian wreaked havoc.
Chris is the Director of the Wildlife Habitat Management Program and the Staff Herpetologist at the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation (SCCF), has been a member of their team since 2002.
Chris shed light on the resilience and adaptability of our native species in the face of adversity.
