Sanibel Captiva Community Bank has promoted Rudi Hamer to vice president, commercial lending officer and commercial relationship manager at its Operations Center, located at 9311 College Parkway.

Hamer joined the bank in 2017, when she relocated to Southwest Florida from Pennsylvania. She is responsible for originating commercial loans and developing new commercial relationships. Hamer has more than 25 years of commercial and residential lending experience within the banking industry. She has also previously worked as a licensed commercial and residential insurance agent. A member of the Blessings in a Backpack, Southwest Florida Chapter board of directors, Hamer has helped raised significant funds for the organization.
