Sanibel Captiva Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Alexis Rojas to senior loan processor. Located at the bank’s Bridge Branch, at 9311 College Parkway in Fort Myers, she will continue working with borrowers, loan officers and underwriters to review and organize all necessary documentation for residential mortgage applications and facilitate an efficient loan approval process for customers.
Rojas joined the bank in 2021 as a residential loan coordinator. She is a graduate of Florida SouthWestern State College and earned her bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. She has prior management experience in the retail industry.
Founded in 2003, Sanibel Captiva Community Bank has eight locations open throughout Lee County. In Fort Myers, at the bank’s McGregor Branch, located at 15975 McGregor Blvd., the staff is operating out of a temporary mobile banking unit due to major flood damage to the existing building. Construction on the new building is underway and is expected to be completed in 2025. The bank recently purchased property on Fort Myers Beach for its ninth and newest location opening in 2026.
