Sanibel Captiva Community Bank is proud to sponsor The Sanibel School’s eighth grade end-of-year graduation party. The event will celebrate the students’ educational accomplishments and their remarkable resilience in the face of adversity.

Many of these students faced major devastation and flooding three times in their three years of middle school during Hurricanes Ian, Helene and Milton. Many of these students and their families lost their homes, belongings and their school – twice.

The Sanibel School PTA is celebrating these students by hosting a “lockdown party” with activities, food and a fun celebration to send them off to high school.

The Sanibel School PTA is a volunteer organization committed to enriching the educational experience of all students at The Sanibel School. Through fundraising, community events and active parent engagement, the PTA supports academic programs, extracurricular activities and classroom resources that help students thrive.
