The INCredible Awards, hosted annually by SWFL Inc., celebrate influential leaders and organizations that contribute to the economic growth and prosperity of Southwest Florida.

Hamer is among five distinguished finalists for the Citizen of the Year award, which celebrates leaders who have made significant contributions to the community through professional excellence, civic involvement and philanthropic efforts. Her nomination reflects a career grounded in a wealth of lending experience, paired with a deep commitment to empowering businesses and supporting meaningful community initiatives.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Hamer is deeply committed to community service. She serves on the board of directors for Blessings in a Backpack, Southwest Florida Chapter, where she has been instrumental in fundraising efforts to combat childhood hunger. Her dedication to civic involvement underscores her holistic approach to leadership, blending professional excellence with a passion for community betterment. She is also an active member of the Fort Myers Beach Women’s Club and 100+ Women Who Care Sanibel-Captiva, two local organizations dedicated to supporting charitable causes and uplifting the communities they serve.

The winners of the 2025 INCredible Awards will be announced at a luncheon on Tuesday, May 13, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs. The event will bring together Southwest Florida’s top business and civic leaders to celebrate excellence across multiple categories, including Small Business of the Year, Nonprofit of the Year and Innovation Award.
