Island retailers will donate 10% of sales from 10 A.M.– 4 P.M.; special pink treats, wellness offerings, and gifts add to the day.
Local retailers are teaming up to turn shopping into support on Friday, October 17, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. during a community Sip & Shop that will donate 10% of sales to Let’s Pink Out – the San Cap Pink Project, a local nonprofit rallying awareness and assistance in the fight against breast cancer.
Participating businesses include AIP Outfitters, A Little Adventure, Bubbly Latitude, Sanibel Sole, Synergy, Wilford & Lee, with additional community partners adding pinkthemed perks throughout the day. The Sanibel Cafe will serve Pink Waffles & Pancakes, Sanibel Pilates will offer thermography scan opportunities, and Shiny Objects will gift a special Pink Ribbon tote bag with purchase (while supplies last).
“Our island knows how to show up for one another,” said Joshua Stewart, owner of AIP Outfitters and A Little Adventure. “Events like this help raise both funds and awareness, keeping vital resources close to home.”
