After months of running their business out of a camper in the driveway of their home in the Fort Myers Iona area, Randy and Michelle Blackburn celebrated the official reopening of their Landgraphics Sanibel Captiva office at 2418 Palm Ridge Road on Sanibel with a SanCap Chamber ribbon-cutting this week.
“Both our office on Sanibel and our personal home were completely flooded out from the storm,” said Randy Blackburn. “We lived in and operated out of that camper to ensure we could continue to meet the needs of our valued clients during a very difficult time.”

Landgraphics was one of the first companies on the islands to offer post-storm cleanup services by accessing a barge to transport equipment in the first week after Ian. It immediately began habitat restoration with emergency cleanup and debris removal, tree removal, assessment and planning for new and restorative landscaping projects, water management and erosion control, restoration of viable green spaces, and, in collaboration with local agencies, prioritizing areas of high need and attention.
