Figueroa previously served as the assistant office manager at the Winkler Branch. In her new role, she will continue to oversee staff, work with customers and lead the Winkler retail team in strategizing how to cultivate branch success. She is an experienced banker with more than 15 years of experience working at various national and regional banks.
