Sanibel Captiva Business Women’s Association will host its Third Annual Open House on Tuesday, May 7th at the Sanibel Community House from 5-8 pm.
SCBWA invites women of Sanibel and Captiva community to join them for an evening of networking and socializing. Each year, SCBWA gathers to show member appreciation and welcome new prospective members. The evening will include food, refreshments and an opportunity to win door prizes. In previous years, the Annual Open House has brought over 50 women from the community for a fun evening of fellowship. In three years, SCBWA has grown to a group of over 60 active members.
Sanibel Captiva Business Women’s Association is dedicated to empowering and supporting the women who work and live on the islands through networking, mentorship, continuing education and career advancement.
SCBWA aims to serve the community by offering an inclusive, supportive and diverse group of women supporting women. Our focus is the advancement of women’s career development targeted to workers, aspiring workers and residents of Sanibel and Captiva. The group meets every third Tuesday of the month at various businesses and restaurants at noon.
